Released in 2020, we are proud that Modkit was the first major Chrome Extension created for the Webflow Designer and led a wave of innovation in the space.
What started as a weekend hack project, became a useful tool for thousands of Webflow users, and even saw some of its functionality get built into the Designer itself!
However, we have decided to discontinue Modkit due to changes in Webflow, notably, Designer Extensions and the major Designer re-design in 2023. Going forward, we will be looking to use the official Designer Extensions as a way to provide additional functionality in the Webflow Designer.
